Your privacy

Privacy Policy.

Effective date: October 4, 2026 · Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains how Bawalt llc handles information when you use any of our mobile games or apps, visit our website, or contact us. It applies to every app published by Bawalt llc on Google Play or other app stores — for example Gemwood: Wood Block Puzzle — unless an app shows a different or supplemental privacy notice.

The essentials

  • You do not need an account to play our games. Your game progress and settings are stored on your device.
  • Free apps are supported by ads from Google AdMob. Watching optional reward videos is always your choice; some apps also show occasional full-screen ads. We do not use banner ads in our games.
  • Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before ads are personalized. You can change your choice at any time in the app’s settings.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money and we do not run a player database.
  • Privacy questions and requests: info@bawalt.com.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Bawalt llc (“Bawalt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) develops mobile games and digital products. Our website is www.bawalt.com and our address is 444 Alaska Ave, Torrance, CA, USA.

This policy covers all Bawalt mobile games and apps (“apps”) intended for a general audience aged 13 and older, our website, and communications with us. Each app’s store listing and its Google Play “Data safety” section describe the specific data types that app uses. If an app ever needs practices not described here, it will show a supplemental notice before that processing starts.

2. Information we handle

Game data on your device

Our apps store progress, scores, coins, settings and similar game data locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to a Bawalt server. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Device or platform backups (for example Android backup) are controlled by your device settings and the platform’s policies.

Contact and support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information only to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Website visits

Our website has no advertising, tracking pixels, analytics scripts or cookies set by our code. Our server processes technical request data (such as IP address, requested page, time, browser and referring page) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Advertising-related information

In ad-supported apps, Google’s advertising software processes technical information as described in the next section. This is separate from anything you send directly to Bawalt.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our free apps show ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. Depending on the app, ads may appear as optional rewarded videos (you choose to watch a video in exchange for an in-game bonus) or occasional full-screen ads between game sessions.

To deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

  • your device’s advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) and app-set identifiers;
  • IP address, which can indicate an approximate location;
  • information about ad and app interactions, such as ad views, taps, and app launches;
  • device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language and app version;
  • performance, crash and diagnostic information related to ads.

Personalized and non-personalized ads. Where consent is required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we use Google’s consent tool to ask for your choice before ads are personalized, and you can review or change it at any time from the app’s settings (“Privacy & ad choices”) when that option is shown. If you do not consent, or where personalization is otherwise limited, ads may still be shown on a non-personalized or limited basis, which still involves some technical processing. In other regions, ads may be personalized based on your advertising ID unless you opt out in your device settings.

Content rating of ads. We configure our apps to request ads appropriate for a general teen audience.

Google uses this information under its own policies. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, How Google uses advertising technologies, and Google Privacy Policy.

4. Optional services some apps may use

Not every app uses the services below. When an app does, it will be shown in that app’s Google Play “Data safety” section, and the processing described here applies:

  • In-app purchases (Google Play Billing): payments are processed by Google. We receive purchase details needed to deliver your item (such as order ID, product and purchase status), never your full payment-card details.
  • Google Play Games services: achievements, leaderboards or cloud save, linked to your Google Play Games profile under Google’s terms.
  • Analytics and crash reporting (for example Google Firebase): pseudonymous usage events, device information and crash logs used to fix bugs and improve our games — not to identify you personally.
  • Additional advertising partners: if an app uses ad partners in addition to Google AdMob, they are listed in that app’s store listing or settings and act under their own privacy policies.

5. Device permissions

Our apps request only permissions needed for their features, typically: internet and network state (to load ads and app services), vibration (for game haptics, which you can turn off in settings), and access to the advertising ID (for ads, as described above). Our games do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

6. Age and children’s privacy

The apps covered by this policy are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Being 13 or older does not mean every user can give legally valid consent in every country; local age and consent rules still apply to advertising choices.

If Bawalt publishes an app directed to children, that app will have its own clearly identified privacy notice describing its child-safe advertising and data practices before release.

A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided personal information to us can contact info@bawalt.com. We will delete information we hold that we should not retain, subject to legal requirements, and may ask for limited information to verify the request.

7. Sharing and service providers

Information is handled only by providers needed to run our services:

  • Google (AdMob, Google Play and, where used, Firebase or Play Games services): advertising, app distribution, payments and app services as described above.
  • Hosting / VPS providers: infrastructure for our website.
  • Email service providers: delivering and storing messages you send us.

We may disclose information we hold if required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, or to investigate abuse or fraud. If Bawalt is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Ads and links may take you to third-party apps or websites, which apply their own privacy policies.

8. Retention and deletion

Local game data stays on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app.

Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Website server logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security, then rotated out.

Advertising and other Google-held data is retained by Google under its own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

Our apps do not use player accounts, so there is no account to delete. To request deletion of any other information Bawalt holds about you, email info@bawalt.com with enough detail for us to find it. If an app later introduces accounts, it will provide an in-app and web method to delete your account and associated data.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

  • Ad consent: change your ad-personalization choice from the app’s settings (“Privacy & ad choices”) where offered.
  • Advertising ID: on Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
  • Optional ads: rewarded videos are always optional — simply don’t tap them.
  • Local data: clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Contact info@bawalt.com to exercise rights for information Bawalt holds; for information controlled by Google, use Google’s privacy tools.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for personalized advertising where required, on our legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve our apps and website and to respond to you, and on legal obligations where applicable.

10. California and other US state residents

In the past 12 months, the categories of personal information processed in connection with our apps were: identifiers (such as advertising ID and IP address), internet or app activity (ad and app interactions), approximate geolocation derived from IP address, and, if you contact us, your email address and message. These are used for providing the apps, advertising, security and support.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising based on your advertising ID may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. You can opt out by deleting or resetting your advertising ID or opting out of ads personalization in your device settings, and by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

11. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including HTTPS on our website and restricted administrative access to our servers. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK encrypts data in transit using TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. International processing

Bawalt is based in the United States. Our providers, including Google, may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used for international transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our apps or practices change. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where required by law, provide additional notice or ask for your consent.
